Honey has ALL SORTS of benefits. Nothing in this world can match it. When I was worried about diabetes I read up on it. It actually helps with blood sugar from what I understand.

What possible health situation ended with the doctor saying 'you need more meat'?

I'm saying, if a doctor told me right now I eat to much meat and it's effected me negatively then that would make me quit eating meat immediately.

Doctors

Feed niqqas like 30 pills a day. That won't CURE anything. You're just on 30 pills a day for the rest of your short ass life.

Doctors are about 'sick' not 'well'. They want to treat you. For whatever. Not cure your azz. Like a barber. It would be impossible to walk into a shop and the barber tells you you're good. You don't need a cut. And they GOT DAMN WELL SURE wouldn't do something to you that would make you never need a cut again.

Same with doctors. He gonna set you up so you need health care and meds as often as possible. Have you seen this niqqas crib? That's how they eat.

Why can't people just eat normally and within calorie range whilst working out to lose weight? :gucci:

No way I'm gonna give up steak, pork, lamb, fish and especially chicken. That must be a pretty miserable life :scust:
Not sure if this is aimed at people switching diets to lose weight only, but my fam decided to make that switch simply because that meat shyt is really killing us. From the disease standpoint to the environment, our reliance on meat is dooming us.

If Everyone Ate Beans Instead of Beef

There's a doc on Netflix about the beef and pork industry and how its tied to the medical industry that my wife and I just watched and if it's only 50-60% accurate that's enough for me to cut my beef & pork intake from 100% to 30-40%.

I have nothing against veganism and admire their lifestyle but I hate the lies they spew to justify their lifestyle and demonize others.

Nothing irritates me more than rubbish claim that meat rots in the colon. If you knew basic anatomy and the digestive tract, you will know that meat digests easier than any more food and meat unlike vegetables and fruits is a compete source of nutrition. These misguided souls, most of the meat you eat is absorbed and these little residue left. Unlike vegetables, which is full of unabsorbed cellulose or starches which irritate the intestinal walls thus making going toilet more. They actually think pooping numerous times a day is natural, you should be going once a day or once every second day.

If meat especially red meat “killed” as some vegans claim, explain how people like Inuit, Esikmos, Dinkas, Massai, Somalis and other nomadic groups who eat nothing but meat live and thrive well into the ripe age of 80?? Even the longest living groups in the world eat meat, which is a main stable of their diet. There isn’t a single group of people in this world or ever that were vegetarians; everyone eats meats, just the quantity and quality varies. I wouldn’t even address the claim meat is acidic, when meat is easily broken down by our stomach which has PH of 1-3.

Also vegans claim meats is full of chemicals, and vegetables isn’t? Vegetables are laced with pesticides and chemicals, much more than meat actually. Actually meat has less chemicals in it than vegetables. Unless, you eating organic vegetables, than this argument is moot. And nothing is more nutritious and nourishing than grass fed meat, nothing.

And how is veganism a great diet and lifestyle when you have supplement? The diet itself is void in nutrients, and this will hurt them to hear this. But when it comes to vitamins and minerals, meat is greater source of nutrient than vegetables; this isn’t even debateable. Sometimes this diet itself makes vegans sick, weak, fragile and mentally exhausted but due to their cult like thinking they cannot and will not they need animal meat. Some suffer from their arrogance while others realize the truth and add at least some meat back in their diet.

And the argument about environment itself is mind-blowing; when has vegetables ever been in this abundance? In nature and the wild, you don’t have access to this amount of vegetables (meats as well), so growing all these vegetable crops it unnatural itself.

Also vegans activist also blast the “standard American diet”, claiming this causes all the illness and disease and it’s all meats fault. But what about transfat, gluten and refined sugars? For some reason, they assume people just eat meat which they clearly don’t.

Now if the argument is we eat too much of everything, I would agree and even agree we eat too much meat as well. But to claim meat is the cause of all illness and is bad for you, is a falsehood which I cannot stand by.

I suggest a lot of people to do some reading because much like LBGT community, we have small vocal minority group regurgitating lies, falsehood and misrepresenting data. Read the Vegetarian myth by Lierre Keith, the works of Owsley “The Bear” Stanley and the fibre menace by Konstantin Monastyrsky and all books about the great cholesterol myth, and the devilish work of ancel keys

I've been back on my pescatarian wave but shout to the vegans in here. Raw foods and water (especially with a couple tbs of chia seeds) will keep your stomach full..

Also, walnuts and almonds are esstenial when you're feeling hungry.

You're totally wrong about wild humans eating meat like that.

There was no good way to even kill a deer before tools. And then you think a pack of humans just ate through a deer raw? Ain't no way.

The types of animals that people ate was likely the same thing chimps eat now. They do hunt but not for a cow. Mostly they eat bugs and shyt. The hunting they do is against smaller animals.

So even if we are 'built' for eating flesh it's more likely crickets and small animals not big ass slabs of red meat. And certainly not every meal. Any animal that hunts only comes up on game every few days at best.
:ehh:can't argue with that logic

but fukk eating crickets and rats and squirrels :chillhov:

What people fail to realize is that the human body has evolved to ADAPT and survive. Just because you eat one way and you keep on living doesn't mean it's optimal. I also think that every diet is not best for everybody.

Vegetarian... Vegan... raw food... whole food... keto... low carb... low fat... iifym... intermittent fasting... The only way to know what works for you is to try it.

If you are going to do vegan or even vegetarian i suggest checking out

The Vegetarian Myth: Food, Justice, and Sustainability
by Lierre Keith

and

Eat the Yolks Hardcover
by Liz Wolfe

Michael Pollan has a few great books on food but
tl;DR 'Eat food, not too much, mostly plants'
Also educate yourself before you dive head first into an empty pool (this is for any diet)
