Soul Vegetarian is the first.... It is Soul Food but vegan & ran by Hebrew isrealites. Their main location (and best in my opinion) is in the West End, right across the street from Kripsy Kreme. The have the best mac & cheese in the world, better than non-vegan mac & cheeses. Their menu is dope, but I always just buy whatever they already cooked for the day on the hot line. They pizza is so dope. They yams are to die for They have great smoothies too.





Second is "Tasili's Raw Reality", also located in the West End just down the street from Soul Vegetarian...... It is raw vegan food..... but listen It is good as fukk... TRUST ME.... Order a Spicey Punany wrap... I promise you will be addicted. They got all kinda healthy shyt in there.... The only downside is that sometimes it can differ depending on who is making your food in the back so if you order something... it may taste slightly different each time. Find your favorite person working, and stick to them.






3rd is Cafe Sunflower on Peachtree across the street from Bennihanas.... It's in the plaza behind Houstons.

Last it this place in East Point called "Lovin it live" ........ I personally haven't ate here before, but all the pretty Vegan black girls i know with locs say this shyt good. It's raw vegan.

I helped my brother move the past couple days. Then fought my cut buddy's p*ssy real hard then went to a yoga class.

I haven't ate meat in over a week and I feel pretty good still.

I ate at the location on N. Highland today and the food was pretty good. I had the Garvey Burger, mac n' cheese, BBQ kalebone and some type of peach drink. The service was GREAT!

Just copped some Tofurky brats because I occasionally need convenient foods in the fridge. Really, I just got them to try out. I think I'm gonna eat one straight up and then make me a pasta if it's decent. Anybody got any insight on these things? Did I fvck up? I was rocking with morning star but so much of their stuff is lacto-ovo and I'm really trying to go totally vegan. The hardest thing for me has been Fanta.

How do I figure? Because it's obvious to anyone who knows the very basics of physique and nutrition that he's on steroids and is a youtube vegan and not a real one.

How do you know he's a YouTube vegan? Have you seen him eating animal protein outside of YouTube? Is there video of him eating meat? Maybe there is a video of him not being a vegan, can you share proof of these claims?

No it isn't actually. It's impossible to have a hard 140 pounders 8 pack at 200 plus naturally. Even the most genetically gifted packs would fade around 180 without...assitance. Oversized pop out veins are also a dead giveaway. A vegan would never have pop out veins.
