Rockstar is foul for that because that is a wild disrespectful offer for two songs. They came to him, not the other way around. If they didn't want to give him more money they just shouldn't have used the songs, but obviously they thought enough of them that they went ahead and used him without his consent and without paying him.

There's no reason this shyt has to go to court though. they've made more than enough to properly pay him for his music.
