“Raw” is my favorite Daz solo album but “Retaliation…” is more consistent and a classic.

good to see it back on streaming...I remember buying the CD the day it came out in '98

this and Kuruption later that year...that one had some joints but wasn't nearly as consistent as Daz album

probably the last true Death Row classic or near classic

Daz is more of a beat maker, he needs a good producer to work with to put it all together

whether that be Dre, Quik, Soopafly, Mike Dean etc

all his work with them was top notch
