Daz is a smart man and his business savvy is 100.

You're right. Daz was (and i could be wrong) the first Major Label Artist to go Independent and have success and still remain relevant.

He showed nikkaz that their was life after major labels. Off the top of my head, as far as I know, Nobody had done that before

Daz probably still gettin checks off of "Urban Legend", let alone the Death Row shyt

Before him you were either Major or Independent. Wasn't no in between

Speaking "Who got some gangsta shyt" Can you imagine being lil half dead and seeing childhood homies shytting on you on a platinum record a nationally distributed movie, talking how you got punked by nikka, they now all rappin with now . that had to be:to::sadcam: times 10

They might've been talkin about RBX. X a Crip and he left Tha Row in 94' so it makes sense.

But then again Half Dead was wittem from Day 1 and never appeared on anything with any of em (unless I missed something) until he popped up on that Skit from "2001".

But also at the same time on "Steel On A Mission" he shouted out and represented Tha Dogg Pound. He even Sampled/Borrowed their shyt too.

(he did it like that on other songs too)

It could've been about X most likely. But Half Dead was never around so I can't really say. Swoop G and C-Style also dissed Snoop and them a little later on too so who knows
