Kefla taking that Kamehameha to the face was a GOAT moment to me though

Also, when Zeno calls Beerus and that nikka crashes his head thru the table while bowing had me dying. Yamcha in the crater on the baseball episode was a dope callback to Z (Goku's remark about the scene's familiarity was funny as hell to me).

The story from dbz is better than super but Z’s pacing is horrible especially compared to super once the tournament of power started. Watching folks power up and look a each other for 10 mins in a 23 min episode got old to me.

Dragon Ball Super sucks because we all knew it was gonna be Goku saving the day. Z was ill because we never knew what to expect. At least in the Buu saga we had and ending with Vegeta and Goku helping each other to defeat Kid Buu. And Gohan got the shine he deserved. Super isn't terrible but it's not touching Z.

DBS is too sloppily written imo, the potential of the storylines wasn't maximized and then you got the art issues.

I do like the episodes that show them chilling and stuff though and seeing Vegoat with his fam is cool.

I never watched Dragon Ball, Buu Saga was boring the hell out of me and I quit, I don't know if I ever watched the Cell Games thru & thru

The Universal Tournament & Goku Black sagas were something I enjoyed

GT vs Super

I'ma go with Super. I like how they portray Goku the way he was always supposed to be. It's funny even when it doesn't try to be such as when the animation was bad in the beginning and when Gohan shows how he is. Although the writing is bad it keeps me entertained, always getting a reaction out of me. Kinda like how I keep watching the Fast & Furious movies even though I don't think they're good.

DBZ right now, but Super has some great moments. I really do like the tournament arc. It gave us one of the best OP characters ( Jiren), one of the best Kamaehea waves ever

Finally showed something outside of just brawling ( Android 17 and Roshi)

But DBZ has better action and storyline.
