I enjoy the U street area. Also like the area by this place call Fishers bakers..etc lots of cool spots on the water!
Do ppl not go out in DC?

There's a bunch of clubs. As many as they've ever been, if not more. There's also a ton of new restaurants and bars opening up too, especially with all these new apartments and condos going up throughout the city.

Also if you ain't never been to the DC area.. take your ass to the wharf and get some steamed blue crabs. Transcendent.

DC night scene is wack af. Nothing like the South or Atl. DC has changed so much since when I first moved there in the early 2000s.
You best bet it to go to some happy hours and try to meet some cool chicks to show you around. Go out to Maryland, good/real people out there, even Virginia is realer than DC nowadays.
You go to those place named above, you're going to see a lot of fine women, mostly in small groupies, a few dancing to themselves. More people taking selfies and pics pretending to be having the time of their lives for IG, then go back to standing around. You going to see a lot girls facing the VIP section. Dudes too.
I hope you're on the right side of the velvet ropes my boy, or you're going to need a prayer to come up.
