A lot of the parents from the previous generation definitely didn't give good advice. They would say no but don't provide context. Yeap I had this disagreement with my folks because they swear they gave me the advice to become who I am today in front of their friends. I just burst that bubble for them that y'all didn't tell me or teach me $hit lol. Y'all would tell me on the backend on some I told you this was going to happen.
