In the service industry there are good reviews and bad reviews. That will ALWAYS happen no matter how good the service is. Hyping up the bad reviews is the purest from of clout chasing for views

Another example of people ready to discard Small Businesses for anything. You want to shut down a Small Business because of a couple bad reviews?
