Most immigrants didn't go through the hardships of getting here to be friends with the poorest, least powerful group here. They came to improve the lives of themselves and their families. So you're right if you're saying that a less white America may not improves the lives of Black Americans. Makes me wonder why so many Black Americans are pro immigration, though.

I decided long ago that it's much easier to just assume that ALL white people are racist until proven otherwise. It makes life so much easier to not have to try and dice whites in diff groups and try to gauge each one to where their level of racism is. To me they are all racist cacs until they prove otherwise to me personally.
I've come to this decision based on my life experiences and in my line of work i've met countless thousands of white people and i can count on 1 hand the number who i genuinely thought might not be a racist/supremacist. And even then it was never 100% certain. Even the white people who don't overtly hate blacks still feel superior to blacks and still benefit from white privilege but will deny it's existence.

BUMP'White' people have become comfortable talking in front of us about anything. You can easily make them UN-comfortable without risking your job.
First, make them realize that if they're working for someone else, they aren't 'White'. They are Caucasians using 'White-skin' privileges bestowed on them as a result of slavery in the 18th Century. Their job was to keep all us Brown people under control and subservient, all the while, they, too, were subservient to their 'Masters', i.e., rich European landowners. As long as they felt that they were 'above' us, they felt secure in their positions of authority. All that is changing, slowly but surely, but most of them ain't 'woke' yet. That's why you'll still see the errant Caucasian rant about 'n1ggers' and every other ethnic group that isn't European.
The truth of the matter is, 'White' people consider Caucasians no better than 'n1ggers'. If you want proof, read this book.......
Chinese, Mexicans, and a few other ethnic groups were also considered 'White'.......if they had enough money or land.
