Quest has a better profile, at least for my diet/macros.....but the Supreme PBJ bars are still the best protein bar I've eaten. Murders any of Quest's PB offerings imo.

i was recommended creatine so i decided to use this coupon to pick some up and man gnc is expensive. i signed up for their gold card because the discount basically pays for it and got some gnc amplified creatine since it allegedly doesn't make you bigger like monohydrate. does the gold card have special discounts or sales? seems you can get everything cheaper some place else.
