No one wants the wall. The people who voted for Democrats and put them in he house majority don't want the wall. They did what they were elected to do. All polling shows most people just want the government reopened. Period.
Again...everything you mentioned isn't being done in a CR bill and won't be done in a reasonable time in relation to when the government should be reopened.

You don't reward shutting down the government to get something most people aren't for.

This is like paying kidnappers. All it does is send the message kidnapping is profitable and increases the use of kidnapping to make money.

It was never the dems prerogative to get anything out the shutdown. They only wanted to fund the government. Trump shutdown the govt to get a wall. At the end of the day, the govt got funded and trump didn't get his wall. Trump is the one who lost in this situation.

Well let's put it this way. All the polling and data says that Democrats are supported for their actions while shyt was going fast downhill for Trump the longer this went on. Voters got what they wanted from their elected officials today .
