As an IT person myself, one thing my boss always tells me: assume the user is lying. You will not believe how many times i have gone to help a user after they stated they restarted the system...only to have a restart cure their problem
That might be...but most people dont have the sense to put the shyt together or apply it into their situation. Some problems require much research and a bit of ingenuity..

IT nikkas tho...we trying to help you help us by explaining the simple shyt we already did already and followed your directions but the shyt dont work. You IT nikkas automatically think we stupid and we imagining things. Im here telling this nikka the application locked me out and it said "user ID locked please contact the system adminstrator"...this motherfukker ask me to log back in...NEEGUH... didnt I just say my user ID is locked and it said to contact system admin![]()
