99% of these dudes are just fine with the way college is. They have no qualms about being passed or given preferential treatment so they can display their talent and have a chance at the pro-level.

Even the ones who know they're not going pro are still able to benefit from tutors and other things to make classes easier. All they have to put forth effort and they will graduate.

In this NCAA video game case a player from Bama will get the same amount of money as a player from Wyoming. Ohio St players will get the same as UL Lafeyette players.

Why not get some residual from the game, this goes for football jerseys, also. Players sign the contract to play football of the school. So what its measly dollars, it the ethics of seeing your name and likeness cash in and seeing nothing in return. I salute O'Bannon taking on this.
