What was it I was laughing at, this thread is from almost 3 years ago and 10 pages long, I'm too lazy to look back and find what I found funny :patrice:
Basically a Death Row producer was talking about how Snoop was acting like an a$$hole and outta nowhere he says "Matter of fact DISMISS YOSELF FROM MY PRESENCE":dead:

Sam ain't even from the Westcoast so all that fuss about him having Eastcoast people in his video was just an excuse to take their anger out on him because Dr Dre left the label and Sam was his right hand man in the studio

How many Death Row artist had Sam Sneed in their video? I remember seeing him in one Snoop Dogg video for a quick second... Sam got more shine in Raekwon's Ice Cream video

Giving him brain damage for having East Coast rappers in his video, is one of the most disgusting and unfairly overlooked acts in hip hop history. 2Pac was there and participated. Mr. Black Unity, huh? Thats why I always laughed at the conspiracy theorists who theorized that the government conspired to kill Pac to prevent him for uniting brothers. Bullshyt!! When it came to that, just like his beef, Pac was all talk. He was as ignorant as anybody and was a bully and wannabe who acted like he was Superman because he had backup..
U can tell pac was a nerd ass nicca that stayed in the house as a kid and was probably getting punked by the other kids in the neighborhood on the east coast. nikka moved to the west coast soaked up game and created a gangsta persona. Cuz he fasho dont carry himself like a real street nikka. Mix in suge who aint a street nikka neither and u got two nerd ass nikkas drunk on power backed by their jewish masters

Yeah that's what people get it twisted with me when it comes to Tupac I was in high school during his reign he was not that popular other than movies until really 1995 -96 and the way they put him on the pedestal today is so ridiculous I always says like what if Drake died right now they would say he was one of the greatest of all time just because he's popular at the time Tupac was not about uniting brothers he was just a talker nothing more nothing less

Idiotic post. I was in college in 1995 and have way more knowledge then you and this moronic biased post

Me Against the World was the #1 album in the country in March of 1995.

Major hits like Keep Ya Head Up, Dear Mama, I get around, movies like Above the Rim, Juice, Poetic Justice etc

Yet Pac wasnt magically popular until 1996
:mjlol:

Go sit down somewhere Cac

Good for u maybe you were one of his loyal fans then ....and I'm not saying he wasn't known but there's a world of difference between "keep ya head up" 2pac and Death row 2pac as far as popularity and sales

:stopitslime:So the number one album in America for 4 weeks is "barely known" now?
Me against the world came out in 95...he wasn't popping like that until really summer 94...he was " bubbling" ...is that better...he was more popular as an actor tho I'll give y'all that...soo that's 94-96 as a big time hip hop name and 91-96 as a popular young and upcoming actor..that's the 2pac I know from 8th grade til high school graduation

LOL @ people acting like 2pac was some snot-nosed kid at the time.

he was 25. not 15.

I don't know what type of people yall be around, but I never met any 25 year olds that still try to stunt on or jump cats just to fit in.

maybe its a west coast thing.:beli:

OP throwing salt on PAC because he participated in a beat down:pacspit: And we don't know the whole story, we only got 1 side of it.

SMH @ claiming only one side of the story is out there.:snoop:

"me against the world" is the album that put 2pac in the conversation of "the best out".

before that, he was more popular for his singles, his acting & getting locked up. but he wasn't in the top-tier as a rapper until MATW dropped.

so yea, that was a lil bit before death row, but not as early as people like to make it seem.

but nobody is running to their defense claiming that theyre young.

instead, we're classifying them as grown men acting like theyre still teenagers.
