Free reps for all the loyal Day 1 RJ Disciples :myman:
You know who you are
Everyone will become convert into a RJ Disciple in time
For the rest of y'all :umad:
You think it's a coincidence RJ wears NUMBER 9? :umad:
His grandfather is either a time traveler from the future, has ridiculous intuition, had a pre- cognition dream or is a damn psychic because he is a prophet :umad:
Everything Rj's grandfather said is coming true:umad:
The odds of Rj being drafted and being the savior and all the other shyt his grandfather said is starting to become reality is spooky :umad:
The prophecy will be fulfilled :umad:
Some people have destiny :umad:

They might actually hold this lead tonight.

Clippers can't stop Mitch or RJ.
Build around RJ, Cam, and Mitch with shooters
Mitch with some added weight, strength, and some basic post moves could become a surprise scorer
Obvious hyperbole but he reminds me of a Slim Shaq the way he dunks on people in the paint sometimes
Imagine an adequate enough PG and RJ feeding him?

Everyone can ball... This is the NBA. Once again, he scored 6 points in his "big game" in the preseason. Pretty sure I can find numerous young Knicks bums who were impressive in a preseason game who scored similarly. His summer league was mostly unimpressive until the last few games. He was picked 25th.

Look I see the same things as you guys but don't try to gaslight me and act like Grimes was this amazing player who was only being held back by Thibs. He had a couple of horrendous offensive games before he got that start. He's ahead of his years defensively but it was always the offensive side of the ball that there were questions

No gas lighting at all. Grimes addressed a serious hole in the team at the time. Perimeter defense & 3 point shooting. I wasn't (and most here) weren't worried about his shot not falling because he took good shots that looked like he usually would make. His defense was impressive in summer league & we all were enjoying that. Most of us saw the potential & that preseason gamed confirmed it.

And you're keep ignoring the context of the preseason game bro. Those 6 points were huge at the time. I really don't think you remember because you wouldn't keep repeating that lol. This rookie went out & hit clutch shots (was actually calling for the ball when D-Rose was running the point) & knocked down a shot that brought us back. He also had some clutch steals that ignited the team. Context bro; key moments during the game where a rookie might freeze & he didn't; he rose to the occasion. That in itself should've earned him some minutes before covid but we all know how Thibs rolls

I agree with building around that core
Mitch don’t need to put on more weight or muscles
He’s fine at his weight
Core strength and his mobility is the only thing he should focus on
He don’t need any post moves because he’s not that kind of player

Every big man needs basic moves or good post positioning
I never said he had to be a post player :yeshrug:
He will likely be a Clint Capela type of player
