I will say that I hate when people say love doesn't exist because they can't fathom it being imperfect and fleeting as it is blissful.

Acceptance is entitling a person as "okay" and having no particular will to change them. Who they are is perfectly fine with you. You pose no predicament on whether you will love them or not. this is called Unconditional love. When your love IS conditional the moment they step outside of your comfort zone ......
Appreciation is one step beyond acceptance. Its when your focus is on what you like about another. It could be an instance when that person was their when NOBODY else was there in their time of need, their insight, their jokes, etc. When someone says they are "in love" they mean their appreciation is so big for this individual that it plagues their every thought.
You should want for a person what you should want for yourself//
happiness, safety and overall good health//
Love expressed is when you give Attention, your TIME, your focus to someone.

It's the thought of putting someone else as a higher priority than myself. Giving to them at a cost to me, and doing it willingly without guarantee of getting it back. Giving to give. Loving to love, without strings.
Love means feeling sick and saddened to hurt that person or to thwart their development. Love means personal sacrifice; doing what is right for them over what I want. Love to me, is wanting to be lost in that person and connected to them on the deepest level possible in a private little sanctuary that the rest of the world is not privy to. Wanting to "let them in to my world" and see vulnerabilites, to connect with their vulnerabilities and share them as one. Love means to be accepted with flaws, and loved anyway. Love means taking the risk with the knowledge that they will likely wound me so deeply that it makes my soul ache, but doing it anyway because the moments of blissful deep connection are a necessary and achingly beautiful part of the human experience.

I know but I really cant think about love right now. Work, school, and my wants/needs have to come first now. The one who I wanted to give my love to and build with decided she aint want it. Cant force love, so all I can do is keep it pushing and shift my focus back to me.
