None of those leagues have a HOF.

And basketball is a sport that men and women play and is global (played professionally and at a high level in many countries), unlike those other sports.

The halls for both MLB and the NFL are for people involved with the game at its highest level here in the US. You won’t find any Chunichi Dragons in there breh, or any coach from a local high school in Boise Idaho. :heh:

Not sure all thse dudes would qualify in his book as game changers.

I think Deion is right that it should be more exclusive, but not reserved only for game changers. That's too harsh, because some players are great even if they didn't change the sport with their greatness.

Russell Wilson and Ben Roethlisberger are two dudes who didn't redefine their position but deserve to be there.

If the NBA only had players who changed the sport with their play in the hall of fame, I think the only players who would qualify over the last 30 years would be Shaq, Curry, LeBron and Dirk.

Add Allen Iverson, Kevin Garnett, and Hakeem Olajuwon to that list.

I know, but they aren’t ran by the leagues.

Tbf, you won’t find that in the basketball HOF either. There are four HS coaches in the basketball HOF.

How come his numbers were neck and neck with Peyton and Brees for most his career only pulling away after they retired?
How A-Rod got more MVPs than him?
:sas2:
Now look at Jerry Rice aint no contemporaries who close to him at his position.
Same way with Justin Tucker
:sas1:
Because Brady was doing his damage with Scam Newton weapons besides two years of Moss. :sas2:

He didn't play in a dome either. :sas1:

fukk no, Thats Randall Cunninghams crown by a mile no discussion either.

Randall was an all time great SCRAMBLER & had elite mobility, but the GOAT mobile QB? The 2 I mentioned also had elite mobility and were by far better QBs. They're HOFers for God's sake while Randall isn't.

Stop it fam :comeon:

And now that I think further, why can't John Elway also be in the conversation for GOAT mobile QB? I think him winning later in his career has created a situation where a lot of people forget how athletic a younger Elway was. The most mobile ever, no, but still could affect a game tremendously with his legs and again, and if we're talking total package Elway has to also get at least get some discussion.

I know all 3 are white, but sorry, they were all dangerous on the road and far better QBs than Cunningham. Film don't lie. :hubie:

False again. Randall was an MVP in 1991 or 1992 and he would have been better if Buddy Ryan would have given a shyt about his offense instead of trying to prove a point to the Bears that be could replicate the '85 Bears. You see how talented Randall was when he got the start in '98 throwing to rookie Randy Moss, Cris Carter and Robert Smith. He did what no one else could do and was 1 play away from the Superbowl. Also he is 3rd in Rush yards by a QB.
Hes better than Vick and Young by far.

Bruh wtf are you talking about? Randall never won an MVP and his 1991 season was finished on opening week after a Bryce Paup hit. That same hit was as much a factor as anything as to why he began to fizzle out after 1991 and only had the 1998 season thereafter as a feather in his cap for the remainder of his career. In fact that 1998 season was an outlier for the 2nd half of his career. He was never the same after that Paup hit. He also had an offensive head coach in Rich Kotite (who's Eagles tenure was actually not bad for a first time HC) for 4 seasons after Buddy was fired. Albeit that marriage began with the Paup hit, so we never got to see Kotite utilize Cunningham in his prime.

For such a Cunningham pom-pom waver, you'd think you'd know this basic shıt :heh:
