In the early 00s you had prime Kobe, T-Mac, Vince, Iverson, and Garnett. There are no athletes in today's NBA that compare to those guys outside of Westbrook.
Early 00s is the peak of athleticism in the NBA. Just look at who the best SG is in today's NBA. James Harden. A guy who is fat slow and unathletic.
Today's NBA is about wack ass 3-point shooting and analytics. Crakkkas have turned the NBA away from its black roots into some white boy shyt. This is the main reason I don't fukk with the NBA anymore.

Those guys been spurs for years yet the spurs been a top 5 Defense for over a decade now. Mills is far from an atrocious defender.Not bad...but he is no Dejounte...but then again Dejounte if you look at advanced defensive stats is quite arguably the single greatest second year defensive player in the history of basketball...he played a lot of minutes last year with parker, forbes, and mills...all atrocious...and those lineups STILL graded out as above average to elite on defense...Dejounte actually became an all defenisve player a year faster than Kawhi AND Dejounte didn't have an all time great policing the lane like Kawhi did with Duncan...
On the other hand...White's offensive game is on another planet from Murray's...he played well when he got nba minutes last year...he SLAUGHTERED the g league in route to the championship...if you saw him in summer league you know it was a no contest, he was putting up 20 by halftime...teams were just going to load up on Demar and LMA and then dare Murray to beat them with a jumper...you can't do that now cause white will...
Really the whole offense changes now...he is a MUCH more aggressive offensive player and won't hesitate to shoot from anywhere if you go over a screen...
White will be fine overall...I'm more worried about Forbes and Mills who are complete turnstiles and are prone to have bad shooting nights...

You stupid fukk a couple players doesn't represent an entire league. Today's 400 players are in better shape and more athletic on average than those of the 00's and younger as well. In the late 90's and early 00's (dead ball era) the average player was 28 years old while today the average player is 26 years old.
Harden isn't slow and unathletic you dumb ass he had a great combine and displays elite first step, open floor speed, strength, and catches posters. He just has a change of pace game.
