LMAO you do realize the custodial parent has bills, so no they aren't spending the whole $1700 on themselves. If you're a non custodial parent and your child is well taken care of, you shouldn't be caring if your $400 went all to your kid or not. It's a different ball game when your kid has shytty living conditions but some people take no extra part in parenting aside from paying every month and if that's the role you decide to take, then you have no right to dictate where the money goes.

Custodial Father is usually the one receiving child support, not paying it.

Besides it doesn't make sense that more non-custodial fathers were married and then divorced while more custodial mothers are unmarried. That means the custodial fathers were cheating with other women and made babies and got taken down to child support by these women. And if that's the case GOOD! that's what you get.
