What about Internet? Car repairs? Credit card bill that was used to pay for groceries or clothing BEFORE the child support money came through that month?
You don't need that shyt. If the kid needs that and you can't provide it, you should never have had the kid in the first place. All women who abuse child support need to be executed.

Just because your card is limited to certain merchants, doesn't mean merchants outside of that don't have products that's beneficial to your health. For example, gym memberships and multi-vitamins/supplements aren't typically HSA eligible expenses, does that men they aren't beneficial to your health? The same goes with CS, there are a lot of expenses that may not be considered related to a child's well-being but are certainly important.

What if the child needs a tutor, swimming lessons, music lessons, etc? ON TOP of everyday expenses these things are difficult to pay for, is it "wrong" for the mother to use the CS money for these things? Is it wrong for the mother to use CS to pay for the car repairs so she can get her child from A to B?

No, but all that SHOULD INVOLVE THE MAN'S INPUT IF HE HAS TO PAY FOR IT! :dahell:

Isn't this talked about on the regular on here?

From the sound of it, it's not something that's being enforced just yet. It's still optional to enroll into and even if the custodial parent does enroll it, I don't think the non-custodial parent has full access to info on how the funds are being spent. Unless a court order mandate is made for access to spending info, of course.

Why don't BOTH GENDERS learn to be more sexually responsible? More men need to stop going raw all willy nilly and more women need to stop allowing themselves to be pumped in raw all willy nilly.

BOTH GENDERS need to learn how to stop producing babies they know they will not be able to provide for easily in the long run.

If men can spend money on Js, they can spend money on condoms and if women can spend money on weave, they can spend money on birth control.

Also, if both genders can take the time to learn bullshyt gossip at the barbershop and hair salon, they can take the time to learn sexual education and responsibility as well.

I don't understand why these kind of things have to turn into a gender vs. gender crap when both genders are guilty of the bullshyt.

child should go live with the father if she can't afford any of that

Great solution.
What if the father can't afford it either?
There's definitely non custodial parents who can't afford to support themselves.

Who should get the child then?

We taxpayers?

Agreed. Gotta use CS to your advantage. That's the only thing a broad can hold over your head.

Pay your dues and make sure you fight for your other rights while you're at it.

Physical custody if you can, Joint custody if you can't get that, but always make sure you have legal custody

Demand your visitations and everytime she fukks up, drag her back to court, until the court gives you custody

And get you a lawyer. That $2500-$5000 fee is money worth spent
Exactly breh. Plus the more time you get the kid the less you have to pay. That's why 50/50 is basically free. I finnessed my shyt to the point I'm claiming him every other year on my taxes so lil buddy pays my child support lol on that return. So instead of 18 years I'm only paying nine because I don't touch that child credit and normally have a broke mf claim him to get that earned income :wow: fukk them cacs. That's why it's key to be proactive in all this shyt instead of sitting back trying to be cool with her.then with ya boys like :mjcry:I'm going to kill her.

My cousin pays $600 a month for one child. He said his babymomma came over to pick up his child and she notice that he had new rims and his apt was looking nice, so she took him back to court to increase child support. :wow:

My uncle was $1250 a month for two kids by the same chick. :francis:
