Demarcus Cousins trade thread

Okafor will never an all NBA player, I don't care how much younger he is. Cousins is rare talent and his head case issues are way overblown. He was fine this past season.

I dont get why people say "Okafor is 5 years younger" like demarcus is pushing 30.

You're right, let me not say never. But it is highly, highly unlikely he makes an all NBA team averaging 24 and 12 while being the best player at his position. He's half of the athlete that Cousins is and his motor isn't as high, imo.

Okafor will be solid, but turning down a 24 year old averaging those numbers who has yet to touch his prime would be crazy.

That's true but if the Celtics could come thru with a package at least involving all of those picks and guys like Sullinger/Olynk/Smart/Bradley/ and cap relief they should be able to put something together.

From what I gather they don't want to trade Cousins, Karl is trying to convince them to.

That's true but if the Celtics could come thru with a package at least involving all of those picks and guys like Sullinger/Olynk/Smart/Bradley/ and cap relief they should be able to put something together.

Their best bet would be to get a team like Denver involved
