Okay, I see now that you just want to build up a shield that protects Israel
Nope. I said Israel commits war crimes, I deny what they are doing is genocide.

engaging in selective skepticism of the UN, and trying to poison the well by bringing up people irrelevant to this conversation.
I can be selectively skeptical about the UN same I am selectively skeptical about any organization. Does the UN do some good? Yeah. Is it flawed and subject to the same political partisanship as any other organization? Yep.
Every time I challenged your "standard," you replaced it with something else. It's impossible to satisfy a constantly shifting criteria.
I gave you my list of what I deem constitutes genocide. Where do you disagree? I haven’t shifted anything.
I've explained the standard used in international law and by every serious body that evaluates these things. If you want to use a different, narrower definition, that's your choice, but then we're not actually having the same conversation.
What international law? The UN committee merely made a recommendation to the ICC which hasn’t ruled yet.
In fact here are the countries that say Israel, is or isn’t committing genocide in Gaza
Recognition of genocide in green.
No genocide in Blue
Unclear in pink
No comment in gray
As you can clearly see, it’s political. Western aligned countries are either say no, no decision or waiting for ICC ruling. Russia has ethnic ties to Israel so no comment. Countries aligned against the US or West say it’s genocide.
Can you explain to me why there was no UN committee set up to examine the war in Ukraine, forced removal of 100,000 Armenians, or China’s destruction of Uyghur identity. Or do you think these fall outside the accepted definition of genocide?
Can you summarize how these documents support your argument?
