Housing being expensive is a supply and demand issue.

1st time homebuyers can’t compete with people that are reselling.

This levels the field.

Not tryna be a dikk, but if you own property, taxes are waaaaaaaay down the things to consider when getting approved for a home loan.

If you are talking about a rebate in the home purchase and maybe five years of no taxes () then it makes sense.

The problem isn't about supply and demand. The problem is builders stopped producing middle tier houses. That's what people want and they don't build those anymore. That's what people who want to purchase homes need.
