i think biden actually did set out to be a one term president. he said as much in the debates, the afghanistan pullout in his first year, i think he really never was gonna run again. and that's why picking kamala didnt matter, because the Dems were gonna have an open 24 primary, and if the base actually picked kamala, then hey

but then those fukking 2022 midterms happened, because of Roe and biden/the dems took that as a referendum on biden himself, which it wasnt at all. and the fukkin hubris took over

if the Dems have a terrible 2022, like what usually happens; im 100% sure biden doesnt run again. the Roe overturn totally fukked us over
