She explored running for California governor but bytched out. Like @King Kreole said, she's testing the waters. And if she thinks the primary will be full of voters eager to kneel down and apologize to her for condoning genocide and hugging Liz Cheney and playing the "I'm a bit better than Trump" card she has no idea of what's coming to her, especially when other candidates start to hit her hard on covering up for Biden.
