What’s stopping the Republicans from legislating project 2025 or the Trump agenda?

Biden bent over backwards for unions and they still voted for Trump. You still think economic concerns trump racial concerns. Institutional racism has to be completely obliterated before economic solidarity can actually take hold
What is this supposed to mean you're literally throwing words at the wall at this point, are you asking for re-education camps? I know you love those .

Biden term was so dog shyt that him bailing out a union didn't phase them, nothing ground breaking biden promised the dems achieved. His best victories was on the regulatory side which was led by progressives:dead: What i do blame people for is voting for trump, but it also shows how weak bidens administration was that people were fooled by a con artist

How do you suggest doing this?
Massive Investments in education and impoverished communities, regulations/crackdown of social media, traditional news media and big tech, a near propagandic push for a return to technocracy.

We’re regressing as a society because of populism. A highly educated electorate should be democratically electing experts to run our government. Qualified, educated liberals should be making the decisions in our society.

It would be a multi generational approach but we won’t see socialism take hold until racism is seen as arcane by the vast majority of our population.

Hasan advocates for mandatory re-education camps similar to China for capitalists

You don’t see a problem with re-education camps?

:wow: said a segregationist and crime bill advocate was the most impactful president of your lifetime ( your actual words) but @ing me about a random senate race is white ass Maine. Liberals in a nutshell.
Biden wasn’t a segregationist. And the crime bill is returning anyways. Seems like he was ahead of his time.

"I think those Palestinian kids probably deserved to get blown up because they did 9/11 to us and President Biden backs it so I gotta root for the home team."
Biden didn’t invade Israel. Hamas did. And they refused to hand over the hostages until there was no one left. If only there was a way to prevent 4 surrounding countries from taking L’s.

if a minorities number one voting issue is the preservation of racial equality brought by the civil rights movement, what has Mills done that is as sus as Platner having a Nazi tattoo on chest for years? :jbhmm:

In my eyes Mills is a better candidate because there’s a lower probability of her pulling a fetterman :jbhmm:

Mills has a higher floor, her worst possible scenario is that she becomes a Tim Kaine type senator. Doesn’t make headlines but will vote the party line.

Planter’s floor is that he becomes Fetterman on steroids :jbhmm:
Mills only problem is being old.

“Unless we do something about this, my children are going to grow up in a jungle, the jungle being a racial jungle.”
This was said in the context of opposing court-ordered busing for school integration
“I think the concept of busing … is a rejection of the whole movement of Black pride

Legislation to limit desegregation orders (1975): Biden sponsored a bill that would restrict courts from ordering busing to achieve school integration.

Strom Thurmond believed in a heterogeneous, diverse society. That’s what he said to me

One guy has a questionable tattoo other guy pushed for anti black laws and was friends with open white supremacist :dead:

Where did I say I’m for re-education camps? I’m not.

What I’m talking about is a multi generational approach. We won’t be alive to see institutional racism end.

Trump’s populism has set back race relations decades in this country and it’ll be decades before we re-align with the trajectory we were on before he took office.

America will not become a socialist country in our lifetime. Maybe in our grandchildren’s lifetime if we regain some sense on who should be running this country

I support the filibuster seeing what republicans would do with it.
Who gives a shyt. Looks what they do without it. If republicans want to fukk over the country and be voted out in masses let them. With the filibuster theirs zero possibility of fixing the issues that they have created. All it does is guarantee that whatever they destroy will stay forever.
