it's not about "running" on anything, and you know that. it's about the fact that when you propose something, and constantly defend it, republicans then frame you as running on it. and as we saw with Trump's "Kamala is for they/them" ads; it works. so stop playing stupid. you're giving republicans some easy slam dunks
and look; i'm not suggesting that all of this identity stuff is bad, or wrong, or republicans get to define culture, etc. republicans are terrible people, and their racism should be pushed back on. but you HAVE to admit that this insane 2025 definition of "wokeness", that's been hijacked by white liberals, is just not sustainable
every week is a new outrage, or standard, or something to apologize for, and the average voter can't keep up with it. so they tune the far left out
