So with all that said. If he’s on the ticket does he have your vote
I speak for black people as a whole when i say,no we will not. The man is a weasel of the highest order. Hopefully he can win over the white males he wanted to reach by going on Charlie Kirks podcast. Got all the performative energy in the world for Trump though

I think if hes able to win over some of the right people and Obama endorses him I think boomer age black voters will back him. Think it's possible things have been bad enough that a lot of folks that stayed home might vote again. But if Newsom thoughg being a prick/a$$hole would be enough to get the votes of black folks that bought into what Trump was selling I think he's mistaken. What caused black folks to vote against their interests in Trump was I think him projecting strength and power. I don't know that Newsom does that. Obviously we've got a lot of time but he's the clear frontrunner even ahead of Kamala imo.
I dont think enough black people voted for Trump for us to think about that. But if we must I would say it was the tranny/lgbt stuff ,along with immigration optics and being consistently fukked over by Democrats. So it was likely more of a spite vote than anything. Alot of us definitely did not vote for those same reasons listed above. Along with a lack of a solid black specefic agenda/tangibles.
Plus i definitely dont think hes ahead of Kamala. Especially not with black people. Even those of us who werent head over heels for Kamala know him not returning her phone call for an endorsement is nasty

Who should they run? I think he'd do better than Kamala did. Possible Kamala could have done more if she'd been more battle tested out of a primary, but we won't ever know.
Not thrilled about Newsome myself but no one else is really pushing for it. As of now he's the clear frontrunner.
They should run someone who doesnt already have negative favorability and decades of right wing framing like they did with Hillary. Newsome the government of California which many non political people see as a democrat failure ( due to right wing framing once again) would be a terrible choice. I dont really care who they run as long as they can reverse this course we're in and listen to their constitutes. I doubt any president ever align with me and thats fine.
At this point the little credibility they had is lost. They are opps at this point and should be treated as such. We are currently the furthest we’ve ever been from the things they are allegedly passionate about and we have no reason to believe if given the chance they won’t help push us further away from those things in 28. Like clock work in 28 watch how they spend the majority of their time kneecapping whoever emerges from the primary.
