No but as I mentioned earlier the dem establishment has abandoned basically the entire south and Great Plains. Which apparently is ripe full of eager economically anxious individuals just thirsting for a class based message. If there is anywhere to start it should be there. There is no dem competition and the people there (apparently) want to buy what you’re (not you literally) selling. That would be an easy way to get positive press and actual power by making inroads in those areas.

I live in Louisiana, I personally think it’s crazy talk when I see progressives talking about “Well, if you reach out to these republicans in red states, you have to offer them something!!” Dawg, these republicans down here are super religious & think all democrats are going to Hell. They don’t want ANYTHING democrats are selling. You can have the greatest message in the world, show them concrete proof how Trump is hurting them, THEY DO NOT CARE. Those are facts. The best the democrat party can hope for in the deep red states is appeal to the young black ppl who are apathetic towards voting.

But, then will elect a Governor and State legislature that is completely against it. So even when they pass a ballot initiative they have empowered a Govt' that is against their desire. MO's Governor rolled back provisions in the very Min Wage act the voters passed. That's the disconnect that just going off what polling suggests ignores the behavior of the person answering the polls.
