let me ask you this. if democrats are asking black people to help keep trump out of office, shouldn’t they be offering something in exchange?

in what way would keeping trump out of office be positive for black people if our interests aren’t promoted and our needs met?

It took me a while to see it. I’m on some small govt, protect my rights and border time. I hate paying taxes just for it to be f’ed off.

I can’t vote republican now though. We see their agenda and its out in the open.

I pray we can break this two party system somehow and go to multiparty. Black and brown needs to unite and finally pass policies we need and want, instead of us being used by the elite democrats to strike deals that nobody wants.

There's actually other parties and independent candidates and they do win elections when they get enough support. Saying "They are un-electable, do not waste your vote on them!" only perpetuates the two-party system that you say is such a bummer. Instead, you should encourage people to vote for whichever party or candidate is closest to their own views. This way, the two-party system will change and expand.

That only works when the GOP becomes less than 20% of all registered voters. Then we can see monumental change in politics.
