I agree that either way, police disproportionately arrest and harass African Americans.it's not about the cops only arresting black people it's about the unequal treatment by these cops...these cops dont act rowdy in certain neighborhoods lets keep it real they only act this way because it's sanctioned by the city... knowig full and well they harass any asian or jewish person that's connected there will be a problem. they dont do checkpoints and stop cars for tints in their neighborhoods. they have copstat system and it shows you they target BLACK folks for the bullshyt.
