It is. This shyt is almost a carbon copy outside of a few concessions asked for by the Democrats and will provide almost no change to anyone’s everyday life.

Yeah but it was crafted by a Republican POTUS (Bush 41) and a conservative Canadian PM (Brian Mulroney).
