Look at the end of the day, the lines have been drawn as of this point mid June 2020. If a Black man has to be convinced to not to stay home or vote for Trump after all that has happened and is happening then they had no intention of deviating from that.

i think this is true for republicans in general. i dont think theres any race where women are more republican than men because women are more likely to care about pro-choice politics, the wage gap, sexual assault/rape culture/violence against women. also i think women are more likely to have higher education than men in general which is associated with democratic votersTrump is a funny guy and represents wish fulfillment for many American males of all races. He says offensive things, has skated through tons of sexual harassment and rape charges, has had multiple wives (including models) is rich and successful without having to accommodate to any of the new liberal cultural mores or restrictions.
They like Trump because Trump is them if they were rich and successful, except switch out hating Blacks and Hispanics for hating Hispanics, Asians, and (maybe) Whites. This is why Trump does better with Males of all races than he does with the Women in the same demographic groups.
Poor white people constantly vote for rich white people who despise them.. it's no surprise that Black Men are also willing to vote for people who hate them.

If Biden came out and said, "I have learned from talking to constituents that defunding the police is the right move. Please Congress draft a federal bill that addresses this. Also, Nancy Pelosi please whip the necessary votes to pass HR 40 - Commission to Study and Develop Reparations for African Americans Act the first day I'm in office. I also would like some more funds earmarked for all non-profits who's mission is specific to African Americans my first 100 days in office. . . " Would move the needle to getting more Black males to vote Democrat?

Police disproportionately, arrest, harass and kill Black men so yes, it is specific to them. And Biden is against it, not helping his cause in relation to Black men.But
