Yea but it would be a studio apartment for the most part. If u actually look at those listings the only ones that really gives a dope bargain is like Arizona and Dallas Texas.
4/5 links didn't offer studio

So let’s see. People clearing 4K a month in unemployment. A lot of people were making far less than that before unemployment. On top of that. Making 2k a month with this setup. Let’s say it’s a 2 person household and both are out. So that’s 12k a month household income. Let’s say they have 2 kids. That’s 13k a month household income. And u don’t have to step foot out ur door. That’s 156k a year. The average household ain’t clearing that while working. Lol

its temporary, shyt ends in 2 months lol

So $2,000 a month for 6 months I’m reading or shorter depending on the situation and getting back to work

Or I believe no one pays rent or mortgage for a period of time

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
yeah dude if this was normal, people would be getting $300 or less a week for unemployment. like $400 max. if they still had to pay rent theyd be fukked. its the stiumulus thats helping. and thats not permanent....

so relax lol
nikka no. There’s people out here risking their lives and getting absolutely nothing. I’m not saying that unemployed shouldn’t get anything. I’m saying that people who are essential should be getting something as well. It’s fukkin ass backwards to forget about the people on the front lines of this shyt. 4 months of this shyt is $9600 extra unemployed people are getting that essential workers on the front lines risking themselves aren’t getting.

It's not about clout chasing. If I was born and raised in NY and my whole family and life is centered here, it would be extremely difficult to get up and relocate and leave everybody and everything behind. I know plenty of people who tried it and ended up moving back.
You brought population. All I was saying was most of the people live in big cities. I don't know about every state but this is state I live in.
I live in New York State. It covers 55,000 square miles. 75% of the people live within 500 square miles. It's not bragging. I'm just saying how it is.
Another thing. Living in a big city usually pays more as well. Yes, our rents are higher but also our pay is higher. It might not balance itself out exactly like other cities but rent wouldn't be as high if people weren't able to afford it

Well I'm sorry, but that's your family. Again, a majority of people don't live in New York, so yes $2000/month is a lot. Maybe y'all city folks can work something out with your local government:yeshrug:

your math is way off

Max, if approved is $1050 a month, $450 a month + $600 stimulus, in California. Most people on it dont get approved for full. It lasts only 4 months, max which 1 month is gone already

if you are approved for max, using California as example, for 12 months it equals a little under $30k a year -- even with the 4 months of $600.

Add in $2000 a month, for 6 months, is $12,000

or $42,000 per person total, if approved which a lot of people are not getting approved, I applied for unemployment on March 22nd, I have not received a dime yet as my own example.

$42,000 x 2 (husband and wife) = $84,000.

Average household income in LA is $100,585.
Average household income in Bay Area is $137,761

if you some how think $84,000 is a come up for a household compared to $137,671... you may need to rethink some simple math classes..

keep in mind im using averages for current household income, while also using the max available unemployment, some incomes will be less, some will be more before you come in and say "not everyone makes $137,000 in the bay" no shyt. Its the average. Im assuming now you know what average means.

30% are making slightly more on unemployment, a few hundred dollars at best because minimum wage in Bay Area is $15/hour already while unemployment, with the $600 is around $21/hour. Assuming everyone in that 30% is making $15/hr and not some shyt like $19.50/hr

while 70% are making less. In most cases in California, a lot less.

NY has the same unemployment as California and around the same incomes :dahell: what kind of retarded ass post :dahell: , just add $100 more per month because NY can go up to $550 instead of $450 in California :mjlol: the points still stand :mjlol:
