they did some crazy shyt with the minimum wage too... the minimum wage issue was going to be on the ballot and they knew it would pass, so they passed a bill to raise the minimum wage so it wouldn't end up on the ballot... after the election they repealed the bill, effectively killing any minimum wage increase... so much for wanting to hear the voice of the people....

I've seen a lot of shyt here, but this is pretty fukked up. The crazy part is Evers is pretty harmless if you're a wingnut; he's a milquetoast centrist with a track record of reaching across the aisle. That's part of why he won - there's not much that would stick to him ideologically.
