I lived in California 10 years ago.
Moved into my new spot. Had no fridge. Somehow apartments don't come with refrigerators in California which is just fukking retarded to me.
Anyway, I had to order food.
Call up a local pizza spot.
"Yeah, let me get a small pie"
"....Um, we don't sell pies, we sell pizzas"
"(sigh)....Can I get a small PIZZA?"

Just off that I should have known it was going to be trash.
And it was.

California doesn’t have good pizza, because the water over there is trash. A good pizza depends on the crust. Pizza crust is olive oil, flour, yeast, and water. I heard the good spots over there import water from NY.

They got to Florida a their bagels tasted different as fukk. They eventually figured out they needed to import the jersey water. Something about less calcium and other minerals. Helps the dough.
They got that shyt imported. From Jersey. Bagels taste exactly the same now. Business killing it down there.
