YOU hang in there too. If anything, we need you for the CFB threads this fall brehI was feeling low last Friday myself man I hadn't been drinking in a while but I went on a 16 hour bender doing all kinds of coke, pills and just drinking the day away like I was the fukking Sandman. I lost my job, girl and a bunch of friends in a short amount of time and just woke up on one not giving a fukk. Went out at 1pm didn't get home till 5am I had the cops looking for my black ass out of concern from family and friends. Keep it together man I'm trying my hardest to keep everything together luckily I haven't drank anything since and I was afraid I was gonna slip back into daily binges after already going to rehab for alcohol in October. It's tough man just try to do shyt to relieve that stress I try to listen to my music and keep up with my sports and been keeping up with election just to take mind off all the bullshyt. If I could smoke all day I would but I gotta stay clean. Hang in there breh do it for your kids

You think mental illness is magically cured by child birth? The main point of suicide is having nothing to live for
Once u bring a child into this world, you're no Longer living for yourself

Some of ignorant muthafukkas need to educate yourselves on psychology. True depression is caused by chemical imbalances in the brain. This aint somebody being in the dumps cuz they broke, fat, single unemployed or whatever. This shyt is REAL, and nothing but medication and psychiatric assistance will work. A true chemical imbalances don't give a fukk if somebody got kids and shyt. No different than somebody that's off their rocker that goes on killing sprees and other demonic shyt.
@nawlinsnfinest, if it's something that's got you down, address it and reach out to fam and friends. If it's deeper than that, you just might need to check yourself in.

You're referring to Psychiatry.
Psychologists are PhDs who typically study behavioral patterns and come to conclusions based upon your reactions to certain environmental triggers.
As psychiatrists (MDs) we study behavior at more of a biological level like a regular family practitioner would. We're trained more thoroughly to handle issues regarding mental health by utilizing tests to measure serotonin levels, blood tests to see if there's any vitamin deficiencies, some even do urinalysis as well to see if there's a PHYSICAL trigger to a mental malady.
good catch. that's what I meant breh. I always get them mixed up. My wife would've let me have it if she saw that. She's going to enter the program at Western Michigan when she wraps up her under grad. You're a psychiatrist?
