Well, I'm not versed on all his political activities, but his social media activism and run for mayor, I think, represent "doing something".
It's not like he's been in the political pipeline, and began using #blm as his platform. I mean, dude was working in the school system before he started all this. What's there about him to hate in regards to his activism? That i want to know.
You might not think he has earned all the attention, but then I think real issue here should be, if his activism has been a detriment to the cause of ending police brutality. If the answer is no, then all the hate just comes off as character assassination, which would be funny if coming from a black person, from the people he is supposedly trying to help.
