millions of dollars, just so he can get in the playoffs(off of his teammates hard work) without any type of rhythm and most likely get hurt again due to not being used to playing at that level of intesity the entire season?

Chemistry is huge. The Bulls need him for as many games as possible to get him used to playing with all the new pieces and the only way he'll get over the mental part is to be out there playing.

Don't like the comparisons I see to Hill/Hardaway/Roy. Those guys actually WANTED to play. With Rose it's mental, & is gonna be a problem for the rest of his career. Aches & pains are part of being a pro athletes & any slight nagging injury he gets, he's gonna want to sit down due to paranoia that its more than it really is.

Penny wanted to play so badly. In this highlight video it starts with him talking with Charles Barkley and even now, Penny still thinks a lot about "What if I never got injured." Penny sadly didn't even hit his true "prime" either.

I think it's all a mental issue with him, he's not scared of the pain - just subconsciously afraid of getting hurt again. Two major injuries and he's been out for so long, I don't know if it's a hurdle he can overcome.

Dude please dont be fooled its not that the staff isnt competent its a classic example of conflict of interest

the medical staff is paid by the owners so this is great if u have a benvoloent owner like cuban etc
but in the case of reisendorf who is trying to squeeze everything out of players and trade them for nothing then the medical staff probably overrides their better judgement

you remember when they didnt even want to pay coach thibs i know its a business but the way they go about it as a fan of the game is depressing and just reinforces Kobes decision to not take a large discount
