He says he'll be fine for the regular season. This is just precautionary.
The game last night showed me that him taking a year off to just watch his team and how defenses react has improved his playmaking ability. His court vision was very impressive last night. He was under control the entire time and the way he was setting up guys was a bit different than before.
He looks to have an even better grasp on how to be effective and efficient this year.

Is still think Rondo is a better pure PG. He's more of a natural playmaker. However, Rose is a better overall player to me by a pretty solid margin.

I guess Rose is going to put to rest the best pg in the league discussions in the pre season so we can move on to the grown up conversations about the best player in the league during the regular season.

Passer maybe, rebounder he us just more aggressive when going for them rose waits for the outlet to go that's how our offense is run rondo played in a more slowed offense. Defender I would say he's better playing the lane because rondo can't guard rose-lillard on the point guard scale and neither could the other guards so that's like a wash IMO

better rebounder perhaps. but not a better defender. rondo's defense consist of reaching for the ball and getting away with the excessive reaching. drose is just as capable a passer as rondo tho.
