Rondo had a chance in this debate when rose was a rookie

Now it's just stupid to even debate it

If you think rondo is a better player than rose you just flat out hating

Rose is not a clear better PG because - as I've always stated - he's not a PG, at least in a traditional sense. he's definitely a scoring PG but not in the vein of Isaiah Thomas.

So when you compare him to someone like Rondo there's going to be a lot of people who will say the passing, defense, rebounding, and leadership of Rondo trumps Rose's scoring.

If I had an allstar team in position 2-5...I would probably pick Rondo because I know he would get the other players involved explicitlyl

Who can illicit thought from those who actually can identify the difference attributes - in this case sports attributes - a player brings to the game. Isiah was one of the best ball distributors of that era
but he also scored the ball at very high clips...

which is why I said Rose is a scoring PG but not in the vein of Isiah, who could and would set up his teammates. To me scoring PG's of today are less concerned with getting their teammates involves and in rhythm as the ones from yester year.

Rondo vs Rose

could easily be comparable to Stockton vs Isiah - although again Isiah was much better distributor and setup man than Rose is.

That's the scary thing about Rose this year...Either he got better at distributing to his teammates or his teammates just can finish now...

I've seen some smart ball by Rose and I'm really excited for this season.

In previous years I could tell when attack mode Rose was switched on, I can't tell this year because he is literally taking what the defense gives him thru the flow of the game and its awesome..
