Derrick Rose, James Harden, Dwight Howard, whoever, is not required or obligated to recruit players. Like he said, it's not his job. If they choose to do it then cool, if not then oh well. I must've missed the memo when it was written in player's contracts that they had to help the GM's sign free agents.

He said he loves Melo's game and he thinks they'd play well together, what more do you want? Carmelo's been to Chicago plenty of times before, he knows who plays for the team, he knows what the coaching staff is about, like Rose said if Carmelo truly wants to go to Chicago he'll be there.
