I think it was a STFU moment for Rose too, but listening to the criticism it seems like people felt he was insinuating he might turn his back on Chicago and leave. Thats not what I got out of what he said. He was solely talking about money, and if thats the case when free agency comes, Chicago will be able to pay him the most money and he'll likely stay.

Now why he's even talkin about that is beyond me. He sounds like a d!ck talking about providing for his family when he has already made 60 million from the league and I don't know how many more millions in endorsements. And his focus should be on his health. It was amazing just to see him in the playoffs this past year, and even then he was getting his azz bust a little by Dellavadova. So yeah DRose just shut up and play.
