always found it funny how white america loves snoop. i remember he was on ellen degeneres show lol. former gang banger on trial for murder and a notorious drug user is loved by middle america lol. gotta give snoop his props, he's managed to stay relevant and pretty respected in the hip hop world for decades:salute:

nikka what? You act like snoop wasnt writing them records that dre did on the chronic. You acting like it wasnt snoop's posse whom dre linked up with and was motivated by to do the deathrow music. Would snoop had blew (that big) without dre,no. But it wasnt a privilege. Snoop was on his job

First, calm your silly ass down. Then go back and read my post again. Nowhere did I say anything about what you posted above.

Privileged. After beginning his career at the very top, he was allowed to get by with essentially farting on records and calling it music. But he still dropped great, even classic, music here and there like the Snoop we all know and love.
What did you mean by privileged?

I respect him for always being able to remain relevant really "selling out." The culture has kinda caught up to him now with how accepted weed is.

He knows how to reinvent himself, dropped a classic album, and as someone mentioned was ahead of his time. One of the golden era rappers who laid the foundation for stoner rap.

Flodge free zone
Came out the gate blazing, petered off and really never dropped anything worth a shyt beyond occasional, enjoyable club joints but has sustained a high degree of likability through natural born charm & charisma.
