This was trash. My pops didn't really have nothing against rappers sampling, but he looked at me like :hhh: when he heard that. The original slaps to this day.
Breh, I was about to throw Biggie's Hypnotize in the bushes, but he floated on that. Foxy wasn't built for this track, her verses are forgettable, and that whole track is just disrespectful to the OG, one of my personal GOAT's, IMO.​

A sample of a sample. That 60's and 70's cut of meat that's been feeding hip-hop for the last 40 years is going to be bone dry in another generation.
The 80's has SOOOOOO much heat, though, and was barely touched!!!!

Damn shame sample clearance is a MAJOR setback.​
