It was a set up. I believe that the woman purposely got pregnant in order for her and her husband to have a child.

That woman is a POS! But, that is the risk that the biological father was willing to take once he found out he was dealing with a married woman. It would be real fukked up if the biological father have to pay child support despite having no parental rights.

i agree with that fully.. i'm just saying law wise, she wouldn't have been able to do it. she could have dumped him and went back to hubby, but he'd still get visitation and be able to make decisions.. she got off on that on big time.
