My wife is from the D. This is a good thing. There's a lot of good, hardworking black folk struggling out there due to lack of real opportunities.

Plus, Detroit is too large geographically to provide quality public services to its spread out citizens given the current tax base.

Hopefully the growth trend continues and picks up.

This whole area is gonna be the new Southern California in 100 years :ufdup:

And yes, i'm planning on moving to Chicago once I'm done with my Masters for my descendants sake.
