These mothafukkaz incompetent at the same time, my basement was flooding for years. I just happened to flag down a water department truck one day and tell him something fukked up. They did they investigating and figured out that they didn't turn off the water to the crib next door that they tore down back in 2009 and the water main was broke. :martin:

America has been rapid fallen ever since 911, shyt ain't been no switch the writting has been on the wall

corruption is in every institution of the country, it means its the culture of the financial sector, the government, everything else I mean look at that condo in MIAMI, that shyt is ridiculous, ain't nobody even been arrested for that shyt, and miami already had the collapsed bridge, I'm never going there for the rest of my life, ain't shyt safe there the ground will probably fall out from beneath you

I can only speak on my own municipality , this shyt aint regular tho. I seen rainy days and this was never the result

It's the negligence that's the problem, they knew the building needed maintenance and put that shyt off for years

they killed those people

as far as the D, I heard the swear pipe burst, its some shyt from underground thats causing the flooding, which is still caused by neglect
