Why is Siakam saying he wont resign anywhere he's traded to? Doesn't that undermine his chances of being traded, does he want to stay in Toronto?

My theory is he had a verbal/illegal agreement with another team and doesn’t want them to give up any assets to get him. The remaining question is the 76ers
